How to log in, step by step
Querent has no password. You sign in with your email and a short code we send you — it takes about a minute. Here's exactly what to do.
- 1
Tap “Login” at the top of the page.
It sits in the top-right corner. On a phone, tap the menu button (the three short lines) first, then tap Login.
- 2
Type your email and tap “Send code.”
Use the same email address that's on your subscription receipt. There is no password to create or remember.
- 3
Open your email and find the 6-digit code.
Look for a new message from Querent with a six-number code inside. If you don't see it within a minute or two, check your spam or junk folder.
- 4
Type the 6 digits and tap “Sign in.”
Enter the code exactly as it appears in the email. That's it — you're signed in, and we'll take you straight to your profile.
Didn't get a code? On the code screen, tap “Resend or try another email,” and double-check you used the same email as your receipt. Still stuck? Email support@introgy.ai and we'll sign you in.
Using Querent
- What is Querent?
Querent is a tarot app built like a reference work. Every reading paraphrases what the tradition's canonical writers — Waite, Crowley, Pollack, Greer, and others — actually wrote about each card. Read the full about page.
- How do I get a reading?
Get a reading and the reader takes it from there — a few clarifying questions, then it picks the right spread for what you're working through and draws it live.
- Why does the reader sometimes ask follow-up questions?
Because tarot rewards specificity. ‘Tell me about my career’ is too broad; ‘should I stay in this role another six months’ is a question the cards can actually speak to. The intake exists to sharpen vague prompts and to catch surveillance questions about absent third parties — those get reframed into questions about your own concern.
- Are reversed cards bad?
No. A reversed card is a card whose meaning is inflected, not negated. Querent uses Mary K. Greer's four reversal modes — opposite, excessive, blocked, underdeveloped — to give reversed cards specific, useable meaning instead of a vague ‘negative.’
- Can I trust the readings?
The readings are honest about what tarot is and isn't. The cards describe patterns currently in motion; they do not predict your future. We hold this line in every reading — the language is this is the pattern at work, not this is what will happen. For the full editorial standards, read voice & method.
About the readings
- Where do the meanings come from?
Every interpretation traces to a published source — a specific writer, a specific book. The citations index lists every line, by author, with a link back to the card it came from. The narrator paraphrases the tradition; it does not invent.
- Which deck does Querent use?
The card art is original to Querent, painted in a contemporary style. Interpretations draw from three tradition lines kept distinct: Rider–Waite–Smith (1909), Thoth (Crowley/Harris, 1944), and Marseille (the seventeenth-century French printing tradition). When a description names a deck, that's where it's from.
- Will Querent answer any question?
No, and that's by design. Some questions get declined — medical diagnosis, criminal verdicts, predictions of someone's death or pregnancy, others' inner lives. Some situations get referred to professionals — mental health crisis, abuse, addiction, legal jeopardy.
When the cards are the wrong tool, the reading will say so plainly. Read the full ethics.
Billing & account
- What does Querent cost?
See the pricing page for the current credits, monthly, and annual plans.
- How do I log in? I don't have a password.
That's normal — Querent never uses passwords. Tap Login, enter the email on your subscription, and we'll send a 6-digit code to sign you in. The full step-by-step guide is at the top of this page.
- I didn't get my sign-in code.
Give it a minute, then check your spam or junk folder for a message from Querent. Make sure you used the same email that's on your receipt — a code only goes out to an email with an active subscription. On the code screen you can tap “Resend or try another email,” or write to support@introgy.ai and we'll sign you in by hand.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open Manage subscription (also linked from your profile) — it opens Stripe's secure portal, where you can cancel or change your plan in a couple of taps. If the portal won't open, email support@introgy.ai and we'll take care of it within a day.
- Is my data private?
Saved readings are visible only to you and to anyone you explicitly share them with. We do not sell or share reading content with third parties. The full details live in the privacy policy.
Still stuck?
